Built by dedicated residents in 1949, the hall has been a cornerstone of village life for over 75 years, evolving with the times while staying true to its roots. Since the year 2000, St. Finian’s Hall has been managed by the Newcastle Lyons Development Trust — a committed group of local volunteers who share a passion for fostering community connection and wellbeing. The Trust takes great pride in preserving and enhancing this important space, ensuring it continues to serve the ever-changing needs of Newcastle’s growing population.
